Normal Skin

Who has normal skin?

Normal skin generally refers to well balanced skin -  while individuals with normal skin may have a bit of an oily T-zone (forehead, nose and chin), they have an overall balanced amount of sebum and moisture where the skin is neither too dry nor too oily. However, problems can still arise if you have this normal skin type, you may be less prone to breakouts and acne but if you don’t take proper care of your skin, this can still happen.

Tips for normal skin

-Get enough sleep

-Block sun damage by using spf

-Wash your face in warm water
